Life


Life is the sphere presiding over all patterns of the flesh.
The complexity of this sphere makes its application varied and sometimes unexpected.

Life 1 – Dedicant


Active -

-Sense living Patterns and gather basic information regarding them (Age, Gender, Health, rather or not bacteria is deadly, a snake has venom, etc.)
-Heal basic injuries on self over time (15 minute ritual)

Passive -

-Dedicants of Life are endowed with resistance to natural illness (+1 difficulty to become sick from bacteria, viruses, cancer, etc.)


Life 2 – Initiate


Active -

-Heal basic injuries on self instantaneously
-Heal basic injuries on others over time (15 minute ritual)
-Heal lethal injures on self over time (15 minute ritual)
-Attack other Life Patterns for Lethal or Bashing damage
-Manipulate basic Life Patterns (create bacteria with quintessence, grow an apple from an orange tree, transform a jelly fish into an earth worm, etc.)

Passive -

- Initiates of Life are blessed with resistance to natural illness (+3 difficulty to become sick from bacteria, viruses, cancer etc.)
- Initiates of Life are blessed with long lives (gracefully age to 90)


Life 3 – Disciple


Active -

- Manipulate intermediate life patterns (insects, cats, birds, dogs, etc.)
- Heal lethal injuries on the self instantly
- Heal basic injuries on others instantly
- Heal aggravated injuries on the self over time (15 minute ritual)
- Heal lethal injuries on others over time (15 minute ritual)
- Enhance the self (Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, Appearance)
- Manipulate the self (breathe water, stronger bones, bark skin, claws)
-Create basic/clumsy effects in Humans (Hunger, Exhaustion, Euphoria, Adrenaline, etc.)

Passive -

- Disciples of Life never become ill by natural causes.
- Disciples of Life are endowed with even greater lengths of life (gracefully age to 100)
- Disciples of Life fall asleep easily and wake up better rested than most (6 hours of sleep = a full night)


Life 4 – Adept


Active -

- Manipulate complex life (humans, big cats, bears)
- Heal aggravated damage on the self instantly
- Heal lethal damage on others instantly
- Heal aggravated damage on others over time (15 minute ritual)
- Enhance others (Strength, Dexterity, Stamina, Appearance)
- Transfigure the self (wolf, tiger, give self wings – note with Prime 3 one can shift to creatures of varying size; however, without this you must remain the same general size)
- Manipulate others (breathe water, claws, bark skin, etc.)
- Create complex effects in humans (heart attack, stroke, cancer, STDs, aging, thyroid disease, etc.)
- Attack other Life Patterns for aggravated damage

Passive -

- Adepts of Life live unnaturally lengthy lives (gracefully age to 110)
- Adepts of Life fall asleep easily and require half the sleep that others do and wake up completely rested to face a 20 hour day.


Life 5 – Master


Active -

- Heal aggravated damage on anyone instantly
- Transfigure others (small bear, wolf, large cat – note with Prime 3 one can shift the subject to creatures of varying size; however, without this the subject must remain the same general size)
- Masters of Life 5 & Prime 3 may burden themselves with immortality at their discretion by subverting the law of diminishing returns.

Passive -

- Masters of Life live impossibly great lengths of time naturally (gracefully age to 125+)
- Masters of Life do not suffer from exhaustion unless they face extreme circumstances
